Q: What is the smallest passive component that ACME PCB assembly can handle?
A:Remember when the 0201 was the smallest passive you had to worry about? Now ACME PCB assembly is capable to handle 01005 size which is only 1/4 size of 0201 component.
We are not suggest you to use 01005 components if it is not necessary since the components cost is 10 times than 0201 components, but we can handle 01005 parts if you need us to build the board.
